Confidentiality of Disputes

The Breeder and the Buyer agree that in the event of a dispute between them, neither will publish or communicate the existence or content of such dispute in any media or forum, including social media, provided that this provision shall not prevent either party from bringing legal action or engaging in confidential mediation.

Agreement to Mediate

If there's a dispute of this stated agreement or its possible breach, the parties must first try to negotiate. If negotiation fails, they agree to try resolving the dispute through mediation before considering arbitration or litigation. The mediation process will be confidential, following the terms of the mediator's or mediation service.

Health Guarantee

The Breeder agrees to accept full responsibility to ensure that all offspring resulting from the Breeding are treated for parasites and receive vaccines and ear cropping or tail docking when indicated.

Payment Terms

The Buyer can select puppy(ies) by name pick after the Breeder. The Buyer makes this choice when deposit is paid or by gender when selection is made pre-puppies' birth.
